In addition to the full team analysis from proposition 1, we go a step further by adding cultural insights based on Hofstede’s cultural dimensions. In a world where teams are increasingly working together internationally, we help you understand how culture affects collaboration. After the team analysis, each team member receives a personal Zoom session explaining cultural differences and how to use these insights in everyday work.
Investment in time for customers:
3 hours for each team member. Team members will receive their individual report by email and by post. Next to this, individual culture sessions (online) of max. 1 hour in order to provide deep cultural insights which can be used to improve understanding and therefore effectiveness in communication where multiple cultures are involved.
