This proposition is designed for team members who want to develop their personality even further. In addition to the insights from propostion 1 and/or 2, we offer an in-depth session with MBTI Step II, for those who want to learn more about their personal development and how to further leverage their strengths.
Investment in time for customers:
4.5 hours (divided over 2 sessions) when stand-alone or an extra 2 hours when in combination with a team related service as mentioned above.
